1. Platform Role
ZEDEXMART, operated by PrimeAxis Trade Link Pvt. Ltd., is a business facilitation and marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers of industrial materials and services.
2. Quotations & RFQs
Submitting a quotation request, buy requirement or sell offer does not create a binding contract. Prices, availability and delivery timelines are confirmed only through a written order confirmation.
3. Accuracy of Information
Users must provide accurate company, contact, GST and requirement details. We may decline or cancel requests with incomplete or misleading information.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are subject to market conditions, taxes, freight and agreed terms. Payment terms (advance, against dispatch, credit, LC, BG or escrow) are agreed per order.
5. Quality & Documents
Material is supplied as per the agreed specification. Mill test certificates and other documents are provided where available from the producer.
6. Delivery
Delivery schedules are estimates and may be affected by logistics, weather, regulatory or force majeure events.
7. Protection Solutions
Insurance, escrow, guarantee and risk-mitigation solutions are subject to eligibility, approval and availability through authorised third-party partners.
8. Response Time
Target response times (such as 60 minutes) are indicative and depend on product availability, market conditions, verification and banking processes.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from transactions between buyers and sellers.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts at the company's registered office.
